Nuclear Attacks maximise/boosts attrition value in province

Simple thought, I doubt its just as so easy to code, if even possible.

Is it possible that, when a nuclear strike happens on a province, the attrition value of the province skyrockets to emulate nuclear radiation and the sheer devastation of the province for a long time.

Possible?

It would be interesting. You'd also have to have the AI react to this as well so they don't march all their forces into these provinces.
