I have not been able to get ANY no time limit or Leader's Death Change utility to work with Windows Vista Premium. If anyone has could they help me out?

Well I have no idea about anything like a program that changes the death date for you automatically. But I do know, although sort of tedious, how to do that manually. It is suggested that you use Ultraedit as it is the best and safest one to use.

First open your leader file and use the find and replace utility. Type";x" in the find box and replace it with "0;x". That way you are adding one zero at the end of the death date, which will extend the leaders' lives from 1940 to like 19400.

That will also change the string name of the 1st column from this:

Name;ID;Country;Rank 3 Year;Rank 2 Year;Rank 1 Year;Rank 0 Year;Ideal Rank;Max Skill;Traits;Skill;Experience;Loyalty;Type;Picture;Start Year;End Year;x

to this:

Name;ID;Country;Rank 3 Year;Rank 2 Year;Rank 1 Year;Rank 0 Year;Ideal Rank;Max Skill;Traits;Skill;Experience;Loyalty;Type;Picture;Start Year;End Year0;x

Although I don't know what's gonna happen if you leave it like that, but I strongly suggest you not to mess with that command up there, so before you're done go back there and delete that zero, then save. This should do everything.
