Well, I've officially hit a complete standstill in my game as Bhutan. I've attacked and destroyed Tibet, however WWII(which, for the third time ended up a free-for-all when Germany wasn't even close to ready, causing them to be immediately destroyed) is still raging, so I can't ally myself with Japan so I can attack the weaker warlords around me.
Also, my manpower is horrible, at only .02 per day. It's 1939, France has Germany, and the Soviets are draining into French Italy. There seems to be no hope for the Allies, and the Soviets have completely engulfed everything east of Germany, and to make things worse(or better, I'm not sure), the Winter War broke out for them.
Should I wait and build strength? Should I hold out until the Allies lose the war? What do I do? D:
