Novice Idiot here.

Hi all,
I am trying to get some help concerning my recent purchase of Cities Skyline. I ordered the game here on Paradox, and received the confirmation e-mail. It said to go to my Steam account and download the game there... I went to my Steam account and looked for the "Add game..." selection in my Games menu... There isn't one.
My Paradox account and my Steam account are not under the same e-mail so maybe that is the problem. How do I access this game when I can't seem to find the download?
HELP. I have no idea what I am doing.

It's on the bottom left of the Steam interface. Click on "Add A Game", then choose "Activate a product on Steam", then put in your key when prompted.

In the Steam Client under the Games dropdown menu there should be an item that says "Activate a product on Steam"
