So i started playing Novgorod and i am wondering can i ever turn it in to a kingdom or is it always going to be like that that is in the begining of the game?

Nope, I believe it is part of the du jure kingdom of Rus.

Nah but that's how it is in this game. There was no real empire of Hispania either and most of these Kingdoms are also ahistorical.

Anyway, there are Four Russian kingdoms:

- Rus corresponding to Northern Russia today
- Ruthenia corresponding to northern half of Ukrane, Belarus and western Russia
- Volga bulgaria corresponding to Southern/Central portion of Russia
- Perm being the easternmost portion

Together these make out the Empire of Russia, which you can create of you hold 80% of the total.

As novgorod, you can create Kingdom of Rus, but in order to do that you need to own 50+% of it dejure land, if I remeber correctly.
Choise on map dejure kingdom in order to see it dejure land. You can find title of kingdom of Rus in order to see when you need to create it. (use search runction).

So i can make a kingdom that is nice because i wasen't really wanting forever to stay the principalty i was looking foward to making a kingdom and now i see i can do that thanks for the help.
