Im novgorod and I cant seem to get a casus belli on the golden horde, and they are huge hand have vaste armies what do I do, im locked in between them sweden and lithuania?

At the beginning of the game peace with the horde is a good thing. They've huge hands which push their vast armies this way and that. Best to focus on your economy and other neighbours.
With the Golden Horde when you're Novgorod or Muscowy? You wait. You'll wait until you have slightly better land tech than them (which should be your biggest focus), until you can afford the 2 stab hit for declaring war (it's the only way) without a CB, and preferably not until they're already getting swamp with their inevitable rebellions. Until then, chill and build your strength and pump up the land tech.
thx this is what I have been doing, but I notice land changes owners easy with the horde, do they have special rules when at war, can I claim the land I control when at war with them, or whats the special thing?

Yep. Which means you need to have a healthy economy, as every active colony is ~20 ducats a year, and the more you colonize the less the Horde will have. Ideally, though, you'll occupy every single one of their holdings and just let the "war" continue until you've painted the last piece of GH territory green.
