i have been following enough EUII and EU3 AARs to know that Cot is Center of Trade, that they represent an excellent source of wealth as well as a fairly rich province.
also, how many CoTs do you have ? ? :curious:

Austria is becoming bit too large for my taste and it's borders are near you. It may become problem in the future.
