Novapaddy's disappearance

Hello. I wonder what happened to Novapaddy. It looks like his profile and Facebook page are deleted and thread of PUTIN MOD is locked. I can't understand anything at all and I'd like to know more. Plus, I've just reinstalled DH and was trying to download the PUTIN MOD from MEGA. I tried several times, but the file stopped downloading on 99%. So it'd be great if someone loaded it somewhere I can get it from. Thanks in advance.

It is possible he was so enraged by the locking of the mod thread that he decided to throw in the towel completely regarding its development and deleted all the stuff concerning it. However, I am just making a wild guess here.
