When I start a new GC with the Nov 26th patch it seems to complain about

land = 1
offensive = 2

in the scenario file for Norway (1419_nor.inc). Is this a bug or do I need to install this patch over a clean 1.07?

When do you see this? It gives you this as a report as you are loading the Grand Campaign?

It is strange though, the spelling looks fine.

You need to make sure 1.07 is installed first. However, previous beta patches have been fine when installing them over 1.07 plus the previous beta patch, if this is what you mean.

Yes. It pops up a Windows box and gives me the Abort/Retry/Ignore options.

The actual error is: "ERROR: (Country:Unxepected Field)" and then gives me the line number, etc.

I select ignore and the game seems to load fine.

I will reinstall a clean 1.07 and just apply this patch and see...

I noticed it too and reproted it in the bug forum.

Its safe to delete those wrong entries, I did and the GC loads as it should.

hey there, afaik the latest patch also contains all the previous changes of the beta patches... would it be too big a shock for a vanilla player to get straight to this one? I've just gotten comfortable with it, and now i'll have to review some of my main policies, esp. the financial part

My guess, without looking, is that they forgot (or added an extra) "{" or "}" while making the changes for Norway.

Anyway, when I checked out my subscribed threads (yes Flamey, I do too ) I was sooo excited! Excellent work, didn't expect it this soon after Victoria.

I especially like the slider changes, and the thing about switching from navy to troops.

And the thing about error messages for modders sounds very promising too. But I was a bit dissapointed to see that the problem with moddir in mp hasn't been fixed yet... oh well, all comes to he who waits.
