1) Is it normal that the player can now select countries ruled by women?

2) The arms for Georgia look remarkably like those of Bohemia. Perhaps it was always so and I just now noticed. In fact it looks exactly like the one I remember as belonging to Bohemia in the official version.

Regarding number 2, they look like the former Kingdom of Bohemia, not Duchy of Bohemia (only similar). Is Kingdom of Bohemia still in the game?

Different subject: I do like how the colour of the Pope's realm was changed to white.

KoBohemia doesnt start the game (at least not 1066). It is however a title that can be claimed (either HRE or DoBohemia have the ability, if not the gelt).

Ability to play feudal women rulers has always been around. It's nothing new.

Kingdom of Georgia's shield has always been same as Kingdom of Bohemia's. Kingdom of Bohemia is still around, but needs to be created first, like it has always been too.

There is a user-made shield for Georgia on the mods/graphics forum somewhere (it's St.George slaying a dragon, I like it very much).
