Notifications - Newspaper/Movies

I know it may substantialy increase the size of download but it may be a good idea to include some (a lot of?) historical cutscenes and newspaper headlines to depict progress of ingame situation. Some of them may be fictional - depending ex. on major battles, other can be historical (research breakthrus, capitulation etc).

If they did include such a thing, I would hope for there to be a setting to toggle it off. I understand that such things are entertaining or immersifying for some players. For me they are simply a distraction.
