Notifications for events that change trade good prices?

Is there a message setting for the events that change trade good prices? I want to know about every change in prices, regardless of whether or not I own a province producing the good.

Yes, I already started to wonder if they even exist after 40 years in my first game.

Trade good price events appear to all be Major Events.

I would assume it's the historical event thing. I saw a price change event fire for savoy while playing portugal, so it is probably on unless the message settings weren't reset with the dlc.
