notification when your child can learn a language

would be nice to not have to keep checking if the little bastards have turned 6 yet. a low priority message that just says [name] can learn a language would be nice, it seems kind of silly to have to deliberately ignore your children so you can use the can assign guardian notification in its place

would be doubly nice with the ability to control what notifications you get so you can just turn it off completely if you dont care, but theres been enough threads about that

I agree! Until we get that though, I can recommend setting up a custom character search.

And then rightclicking down the list. It's a bit tedious, and you have to manually search for a character with the language you want them to learn. It would be nice to be able to set up a default language, for example if you want all the kids to learn Greek or Arabic, when you want to boost cultural acceptance with the Customs Dynasty Perk.
