The notification spam in this game is horrible! How is it still lacking a basic log like every other Paradox game? There should not be a notification for every single "building completed" and every single non-aggression pact in the galaxy that is signed. This small, 95% irrelevant info should go into a small text log that can be hidden. Especially when these notifications are indistinguishable from communications that are actually being sent to you. I hope something like this can find its way into the quality of life patch that is upcoming.
