How about a message pops up when you get a new minister available for a position (activated). I never have any idea when someone better just became available.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
If every minister gets a little box that can be checked/unchecked, with a notice of new ministers on that post it would be useful
