Notification accidentally turned off

Where is the option to turn back on the notification when you can create a new title. I accidentally got rid of it and have searched through the options and can't find a way to turn it back on.

Where is the option to turn back on the notification when you can create a new title. I accidentally got rid of it and have searched through the options and can't find a way to turn it back on.

That's not exactly a tech support question.

Anyway,..

to the right in game is the outliner with the notifications.
Select the configuration button,
click Disabled alerts,
click the alert in question listed in the outliner,
it's back.

By the way, you can create any title you fullfill requriements for anytime without this alert.

To quote the Wiki "Title actions are accessed through the title screen or by right-clicking the title's shield."
For empire titles you have to click on the de-jure box beforehand.

I knew I could still create the titles, I just forgot to do so for a few because I was so used to having the notification. Heh.
