Not getting 25 piety for giving a Bishop a church.

I am Catholic and the tool tip lists 25 points of piety if you give a church to a Bishop.
I know it worked pre last patch as I remember granting a few to get enough piety to buy Templar Knights.

Now both in Catholic and Orthodox I do not get that 25 piety.

Reported several times already, and it stopped working in 1.07.

However if you right click the temple holding and make vassal, you should still get the 25 piety. It only does not work granting temples to already created characters.

Nope, you simply try to give temple to character which has traits church does not like. If you find more sutable character, you will get your piety. Why people allway think something is a bug, instend of trying to work out why thinks work surtan way??

If this is the case, then the tooltip information is wrong and that is a bug.

There is no reason to say it is not a bug, unless you have seen a dev say otherwise. There was no patch notes in regards to this change, so most people will assume it is a bug.

TOOLL TIP INFORMATION IS CORRECT.
If you not getting 25 piety, grant title dialog will not have this line. It is easy to check, try different characters with out pressing send, for one there will be grant 25 piety, for other would not. it you too lazy to read - your problem.

Wrong. Getting a priest via the decision to introduce a holy men and giving him a church results in the tooltip saying 25 piety from church grant but no piety is given. Apparently some people are too lazy to check if what they read is what actually happens.
