I've scrapped a few of the 1.9 Lostech equiped vehicles, and have never seen any of the UACs or Infernos drop in the loot table.

Is this a bug or a feature? If so, is there an easy way to fix this?

It's intended. You can remove the "blacklisted" tag from the file of each of the items. For the ones that are in asset bundles there isn't an easy way.

Actually, easier than it looks. An Undocumented change to 1.9 was to create entries outside of the asset bundles in the BattleTech_Data\StreamingAssets\data\weapon folder

Are you sure? I don't have any UAC or inferno weapons in that location.

I have found lostech-Weapons on such Missions. UAC´s and such Weapons like an light ER-Laser for example. If I remember my correctly, then I get such an UAC allotet after my Main-Parts for new Mechs were full.
