So my scenario starts with me and my friend wanting to play our own private mp game of Stellaris. He made the server, and at the start I struggled to join to the server, because I didnt know you needed to server ID to join.
After finally getting the server ID and actually joining, we started the game, played maybe 20-30 minutes. Then my friend had to reboot his computer and saved the game.
When he came back he loaded the mp save and started the server.
Ok so here is the problem. In order to join the server you NEED to have a server ID. You cannot (for some reason) to join the server without it. It loads for 5-10 minutes and says "game not found". My friend said there was no server ID to be found.

If you host a saved mp game you cant find the server ID, which is required in order to join.
