Not able to access sub-forum (HIP)

It used to work properly but for some reasons I can not access sub-forums (the one for HIP to be more specifically) of CK2 now.

I made sure that I was logged in, but when I tried to access the HIP subforum from an external link, the page just popped up saying Paradox Forum Error and I have no permission. I do not see the subforums on the CK2 page as I used to be able to either.

My steam account is properly linked to my paradox account. Would appreciate any help to figure out what went wrong.

Yes, I did. That's why I said I used to be able to access sub-forums without problems. I just checked my paradox account again, and CK2 is indeed displayed among other Paradox games I own.
