Wrong Manufactory Icon in 1.05

Playing as Castile in a MP game under 1.05, I built a Fine Arts Academy, but the icon in my province is a Naval manufactory (I think--it's the one with the squid).

Rollover text states the correct effects of the Fine Arts academy, however.

Nope, and I play this game a lot in MP.

That thing that looks like a squid is a sculpture. That is the right icon, it's just a weird one.

Quite right, I should have read more closely. The Naval one's picture is what looks like a submarine's screw-down hatch, a round metal plate.

Counting as two manufactories?

Luck had given me some nice 'inventions' and I'd gotten a Refinery, a Naval and a Military manufactory as random events. I had built a Art Museum in Thrace (my capitol). Some time later I happened to look at Naval Tech slider and it gave credit for possessing TWO Naval manufactories. I checked every province I had (about 30 at the time) and none had been captured. None had been built by me either (didn't have the Tech for it yet).

So, the question becomes, what was being counted as the second naval manufactory? (btw, version 1.05, as Ottoman, GC)

Was it in an area with Naval resources (timber)? They count double.
