ToT - Uruguay - Spain/Portugal ??
Playing a GC as Portugal I colonized uruguay,
which later turn out to belong to me by ToT.
(Potugese shield)
However it seems that it also "has a spanish ToT-shield, since they were able to conquerer it with out declaring war.
A few months later I reqounqured Uruguay without a DoW. (Now with +3 nationalism reblion.
Spain still thinks it is Spanish ToT, and keeps sending troops, ofcourse without a DoW.
Anyone else seen this???
