Reformed England able to enter Royal Marriage with Catholic Austria

It's mid-1700's and Austria is offering, and I'm able to accept, RMs. I'm also able to offer a RM to Austria. England is Reformed and Austria is Catholic. Bug or WAD?

Mid 1700 means the Edict of tolerance has ocurred, and the effects of religion lessened. Meaning all christian countries can intermarry :)
