Leaders do not always appear on battlefield
If an army with a generic NoName leader is reinforced by an army with a Leadership-purchased leader during combat, NoName leader remains in charge of the army.
In HOI the better leader would always replace the worse one, how come Victoria does not have the same mechanism?
