Holland COT not owned by Dutch

Playing Norway 1.05, early on gained Holland, Geldre, Zeeland (In addition to Scotland). Obviously, there were no events for the Dutch to have 30% revolt risk in my provinces, but in French Friesland there was. Netherlands gains independence, inherits Flandres and Brabant, but a COT is formed in Holland-ehich I own. Is that supposed to happen? BTW, it still says Dutch had EVENTNAME3900, but I'm aware that that's a known bug

There's no check on who owns the province. Same goes for Andalusia CoT.

Ok, didn't know that. But again, EVENTNAME 3900 hasn't been fixed

There's no check the Chinese CoT, either.

What about EVENTNAME 3900 needs to be fixed?

Ahh, that's because they can't add new text to text.csv. I already offered a solution to re-use the title of a different event in a previous thread.

Someone suggested some existing text.csv entry so that poor event 3900 can have a name now. It will be in 1.06.

The CoT thing's a bit silly, but what can you do...

Seriously, I totally missed your allusion to the fix for the text for event 3900. Rest assured, that it has now been put in the next patch.
