"Great" colonial war?! Little bug.
I played as a Spain. I wasn't great power and declared colonial war uppon France to conquer conlonies in Africa. Ok, but small time after DOW i becomed a gret power. Then in diplomacy, my war now is singded as a "great war vs France". (but in practise, i still can't atack France in Europe).
