Dissapearing trade embargoes

1) When a player loses a war, the trade embargo is cancelled. Not only that, the embargo cannot be renewed during the following five-year truce. Shouldn't a player be informed about that when making a peace-deal?

2) Losing a war cancels embargo not only with a nation one lost the war to, but also with all the nations the winner of the war was allied with. That may be reasonable if the winner is the war-head of the alliance (so that the war ends) but should it happen with other countries?

3) When a _peace_ leader of the alliance loses a war, all embargoes are cancelled as well, even though such a separate peace deal has no effect on the war (it still goes on and still can be won). Is this how it's supposed to work?

Trade embargoes are supposed to be cancelled when losing a war, the manual states so.

First, if the manual states so, it's not in the section on trade embargoes nor in the section on peace treaty. I always thought I read the manual quite thoroughly several times. Apparently I wasn't thorough enough. I would appreciate information where the manual states so.

Second, even if so, it would be nice to remind that in the peace negotiations rather than leave a player puzzled. The manual also states that if you declare a war without casus belli during a truce you will lose 7 stability points but it's not a reason not to mention it when one wants to declare war, leave them with that drop in stability and tell them to read the manual and be sure to check every time if they have a CB and if the truce is still on.

Third, this only answer part one of my post. There are two more - losing a war to a country ends embargoes with _all_ countries this country was allied with, even if it was not a war leader of the alliance so the war still goes on; losing a war by a _peace_ leader of the alliance makes one's embargoes go away as well, which is also strange in my opinion and I would think that is not how it was supposed to work.
