Trade Bug?

I'm playing as Brazil, 1.06 with CORE mod. My coal supply isn't enough for the industry so I was trading it on the world trade.

In 1940, after I joined the Allies (and the war), I don't receive the coal anymore (it is avaiable for trade), but I STILL send the goods (any of them). Even if I send 1000 rubber, oil or steel for 100 coal, I don't receive any... but i'm STILL sending the goods...

Is this a bug? My industry is ruined with no coal

EDIT: I am sorry.. just read the manual and discovered that war ruins the trade. Please delete this post.

Manual??? Look at the link in my sig..... It should explain the trade issue.

Its not at bug. When you are at war, you dont get 100% of the items you trade for, even though you lose 100% of what you give in trade.
