Stolen Rutters

Playing a game as Algiers, I have stolen rutters twice from Venice and three times from Aragon. After noticing no new provinces, I went to each of their diplomatic screens and checked to see if they new any provinces I didn't. Venice new 112 TI to me, and Aragon 81.

You often do not get new province information in EU II. Stolen rutters are now related to the area in which the naval battle was fought.

I am not sure how the message is phrased. Maybe the text for it could be improved.

Thanx for the clarification. Hmm well then I agree that the message should be changed to clarify that you do not get to see ALL of their provinces.

I logged this as a Minor bug some time ago, but I doubt it will be fixed now. I might try to update it and see what happens.
