In the other 4 "The Restoration of the French Monarchy" events is a trigger for a french event. But the trigger in the Prussian event is missing. There should be a line like this:

trigger which = 3788

If you'll notice, this event file is not even needed. That same event is repeated in major_pru.txt.

special_pru.txt is not even referenced in 1419.inc
