Ships Joining Enemy

I was crushing the allies in my game and I decided to invade the US. I took Miami and then sent my ships back for more troops. I was shocked to find a german battleship called the USS Washington sitting outside the Miami port!! This happened a few times where upon taking a port some ships would then join my side.

Don't be shocked, it's has been the case during many war to capture ships before they've been sunk by their patriots ...

Indeed a feature There is a chance of capturing enemy ships in port. Cool huh!

WOW! Well then.. I guess congradulations for adding a kewl feature. Here I thought it was a bug.
