well i created a new scenario, and when i played it all changes i have use to play with before were gone. Same thing on the original scenarios. So everytime i want to play a new game i have to change all settings. But when i remove the scenario everything works like normal this is definitly some bug with the scenario editor. I hope you will update the editor it really sucks

I don't think it's a bug I think it's just the nature of the scenario editor. It actually creates a savegame file rather than a scenario and savegames have some option settings saved which override your defaults.

This would be much more than an improvement. Probably a major rewrite which may not make sense when the major mods are done with text editors. I'd prefer Johan's coding time to go into hoi.exe instead.
