Serious Annexation Bug!!!

If your troops are fighting enemy troops in enemy territory, and that said enemy territory is then annexed with your troops inside it, you lose all of your troops! You also do not gain enemy troops!

Is this 1.01 or 1.02?

I am quite sure this happens under 1.01 and your troops are in your force pool. Am I correct? The sending to forcepool doesn't happen in 1.02 anymore.
