Other than German Axis areas and Molotov-Ribbentrop

When I (playing Germany) attacked Poland, I had managed to get both Hungary and Romania to join the Axis. Romania captured Lvow province which was annexed to Romania once Germany annexed Poland. When the Molotov-Ribbentrop event asking for the honouring of the agreement came up, I agreed and most of eastern Poland became Soviet - but not Lvow, which I'm pretty sure should be Soviet.

I'm pretty certain Stalin would not sit idly by and let Romania of all people steal his prey...

Part of the Axis or not, I believe the deal is between Germany and Russia, not the Axis & Commitern. Fear not about Stalin sitting idly by, he'll attack you soon enough.
