Smilling Albert in his carreer commanded both ground and air units. The limitations of the engine means that a leaders cannot do both. The answer to seperate leaders.

Given the fact that German leader abilities do look a bit too super-human already, I still vote for taking out one of the Kesselrings. ;)

Yes there is that minor Technical problem of Kesseltring being two places at once, but the man was a talented leader.:) Vulture is the leaders man, when he passes by I'll flag this to his attention.
