Max # of units?
It is April of 1943, I am playing as Germany, and I have annexed most of the world. Suddenly, I am no longer able to start ANY new units, be they land, sea or air. Is there a built in limit on the number of units one can have?
I have all of my raw materials at 99999, suplies somewhere over 20000, and have more than enough production capacity available, yet I can't build anymore units. Help!
