Ibbeken not a sea wolf

Just ran a quick look through the German military leaders,much improvement there.....but I don't think Mj.General Ibbeken qualifies as a Sea Wolf.....

These leaders I believe are naval leaders not army commanders (They all commanded submaries which would explain the seawolf trait)
