France allies with me while stíll at war?

I played 1.04 and CORE 0.5 as Germany. I conquered France and they moved to Cayenne. Then, suddenly France(not Vichy) allies with me altough they are at war against me!Also when i try to move my troops in France all provinces they go to will cede to france.

Newest CORE is 0.6+0.62 patch which require v1.05c. And you should ask CORE questions in the CORE forum. There is a sticky thread for 0.6 discussion but the 0.5 thread was locked and unstuck when 0.6 came out.
