Events not kicking off after resaving and reloading
This is actually a two part issue. When you load a saved game you tend to have a flood of events all kick off at the same time. This also goes the other way around events that normally would happen after you save the game and reload do not happen.
Example 1
There is an event that hands you Denmark and puppets it to Germany. Later on there is an event about making the biggest airfield in Denmark to invade Norway with and gives you some free coastal forts etc.... If you had saved the game before this event then reload it the event will never take place.
Example 2
For Japan there is an event that asks it to go to war with the USA. It happens randomly in 1941. If at any time during 1941 you save the game and then reload it (and this event had not happened yet) it will execute with 100% certanty. I reloaded the same game 30 times and each time had that event happen immediately.
