Event- Military Parade at the Capital

I was playing as Germany and had this happen to me...upon reading the description I was surprised to read that the people were saying that the military was gonna go kill Japs(they used derog terms for them in the text) and stuff like that...I believe this event should be changed(at least the text) to be unique for the country recieving it...imagine if Japan got this event...pretty screwed up population wanting to kill themselves =).
