event command detect_units is an illegal command

I've tryed to implement Ultra information with detect_units command but during loading HOI is saying "Illegal command".

From the 1.05 readme

- Removed the following defunct event commands:
+ reveal_leader_loyalty
+ reveal_minister_loyalty
+ detect_units
+ minister_loyalty
+ leader
+ wake_leader
