Efficiency numbers - have they been verified
So I normally don't pay close attention to the effiency modifers, as I imagine is true of almost everyone who plays the game since there are so many of them.
I was plaing SPR in the SCW, and was attacked across a the river from Pamplona to Zaragoza by 3 INF against my one defending INF.
I didn't think much of it since the mods coming into play; river, mountains, and rain, guaranteed an easy victory for me...but then after finishing a few other things, I focused on this battle, seeing I was losing badly.
I checked the attacker's eff: 80!!!
Now, the modifiers they had are -50% for river, -40% for mountain, -10% for rain, so they should have been at 1% with the 100% penalty, right? There leader had no special ability, and they were just regular inf - not mt or eng.
Even if modifiers are multiplictive and not additive, their penalty should have been 73%, giving them an eff of 27%.
Now, I am playing at VH which might modify things a bit, but who knows? So this leads me to ask - are we *sure* the modifiers are being calculated correctally???
