Dutch revolt observation
I do not know if this would fit better in this forum or in the scenario one, so feel free to move it if desired.
Anywho... Playing as Austria (with Zeeland and Friesen), I diploannexed Gelre (owner of the other two core Dutch provinces) after the second of the revolt events, I forget the name. Hence the effects of those first two events did not apply to these provinces.
So, either: Is this a bug? or
Is it possible to make these types of events apply retroactively to provinces which would have been affected at the time?
