Disappearing Resources?
Last night, upon playing UK, I was gaining Oil, Steel and Coal like a madman, up to 99999 around 1938-9...convoys in full swing and the like. Come war and suddenly my territories are no longer producing the resources, or the convoys just stopped carrying it. I checked every convoy and place and the production of that resource had either disappeared or wasnt being carried by the convoy for weird reasons, despite supplies that were being carried, etc.
This makes it very hard to fight battles when no troops have oil and your industry is dropping to nil.
On a related subject, World trading seems to always GIVE what you offer to the world market while you RECIEVE nada.
