Because Coratia has fairly large leader file for a minor there are no generic leaders. So Croatia's rather martial English minoirty steps in to lead the armies.; This is a wont fix, so I have to lable it as not a bug.

Ok so let me get this straight you are playing Croatia and it is not using the leader file? If this is so I really need to know what version you are using and has anyone else seen the same thing? If might be a problem there again maybe your patch did not download or install correctly.
Ok I have done some looking into this, and the concesus is that if you have the leader file you must be able to get the leaders. Can I ask you to redownload the patch and then try reappling it on a clean install of HoI?
Better to start a new one, just unistall HoI completely. I need toknow that it is not something at your end that is causing the problem.

OK, after playing the strangest german first six months ever (in which the entire german army steamrolled austria and yugoslavia) I can now confirm that everything indeed does work as intended and Croatia gets its leaders even after it is created in-game.
I have no idea what might have happened earlier, except that there seems to be more leaders (52) in the croatia.csv leader file, whereas I had 42 before.
I can;t be sure but I'd say that the either the patch wasn't doewnloaded properly, or it did nto install properly, or you had a mod on your game?
