Bug with Shared Technologie

First, I'm not really good in english, I hope you will understand my posting.

It's early 1937, I'm playing Argentinia in the Great Campaign(1936-48).

Patch is actuel, 1.03

I annexed already most of south america, and were part of the Allies. Then, in April 1937, South Africa shares with me the Doctrine: "Pre-War Field Testing".
Immediately, I looked into the Technologie Screen, and I saw the "Pre-War Field Testing" Technologie was Green, and I could research it. So I hold me for stupid and played again a half year.

Then France gived me "Pre-War Field Testing".
That time, I looked again into the Technolgie Screen, and nothing, I don't have the Doctrine now too.

In facts, I had received 2 times the "Pre-War Field Testing" doctrine but I never become it.

Bug or I am doing anything wrong ?

Did you check all three doctrine catagories? They all have a "Pre-War Field Testing".

Yeah I've noticed what I think is the same problem. While playing germany I would share (try to anyway) various Land Doctrines with Italy. Each time I tried it, it looked as if I had shared it with them but when I would go and try to share another tech the Doctrine would still be in the list. I confirmed that the Doctrines never do get applied by swithching over to Italy and checking the tree.

This does raise a more legitimate issue, though - it'd be nice if either the tech messages identified the "tech branch" in the message box somehow. Some of them are exactly duplicated in other trees, and some are just hard to identify/remember from the name alone.
