Newcastle, Air marshall Dowding has 20 (TWENTY) fighters under his control, set for Intercept.

Is this an Oops by the AI, or What.

Well... The AI rarely does that. But a player can as well. It's no bug I think. Never seen the AI actually carry out missions with such big forces. As long as he doesn't do that, it's no problem.
