hello i am actually playing a game as Norway trying to get the Norwegian wood achievement.
I joined HRE, then conquered as you can see bellow:
My plan is now to become emperor, revoke the privilegia and conquer the provinces i need.
I don't know what is the right way to play it from now, should i continue to expend out of HRE, or vassalize electors, or something else?
Vassalizing the electors is not easy considering the lack of good potential wars at my disposal, any ideas?
