well, I saw France controlling Malacca for ages, then Perak was lost, we can make an exception and give France malay, if they fail conquering the province France lacks then I'd remove it in the next session after this one (this tuesday).
btw, I think you'll have problems looking for a Spain, Eu2 players seem to play with "awesome" ppl in "awesome" games with funny names. If you failed to organize yourselves to play this session next tuesday, I'd propose a 2nd session during weekends and when I'm back from Madrid.
