Are you realy sure...
(i'm not realy familar with the military terms so you could be rigth)

I found Hämeen Panssaripataljoona ("Armoured Battalion of Häme") and it includes the following:
-Komentaja=Commander=Eversti Kyösti Halonen
-Esikunta=HQ(?)
-1. Panssarivaunukompanja=1st Tank Company
-2. Panssarivaunukompanja=2nd Tank Company
-Panssarijääkärikomppania=Armoured Jaeger Company(prb wants to say=Mech Infantry)
-Panssaritiedustelukomppania=Armoured Scouts Company
-Panssaripioneerikomppania=Armoured Engineer Company

This info is from year 2003

EDIT: I'm starting to find the info! It seems your oob was rather incorrect(or heavily abstracted)... If you get suprised by the numbers, we have conscription here. But if you realy are using realistic numbers...

Thanks for the Swedish navy. That's useful because we need better names than "1st Destroyer Flotilla" (but in Swedish). I always like using real ship names, and those will be updated sometime.

no problem. If we need anymore ship names for other countries, let me know and I'll try to search them up. btw, if anyone has any doubts, those are the REAL names, not me guessing or something...

also, if we need names other places in the world, also let me know...I know we have most of the oob's in order, but there is no overview for which navies we have real names for...

My OOB doesn't look too off. Maybe replace one infantry divisions with a tank one?

Land forces: 24 550 people, 3 commands, 12 military provinces, 22 brigades (1 armoured, 1 armoured training, 11 infantry and 9 chasseur brigades), 3 anti-aircraft artillery regiments, 4 battalions of engineers.

Naval forces: 5 000 people. Navy: 1 corvette Turunmaa, 9 missile boats (1 Hamina, 4 Helsinki, 4 Rauma), 2 patrol vessels Ruissalo, 11 destroyers (2 Hyamenmaa, Pohyanmaa, 4 Tuima, 3 Pansio, 1 Trials), 13 minesweepers (6 Kuha, 7 Kiiski), 6 storm-boats (3 Kampela, 3 Kala), 1 oceanographic vessel, 9 hydrographic vessels, 27 support vessels (including 1 command ships, 19 transports, 2 towboats, 5 training vessels). Coastguard: 2 regiments (about 200 100 mm and 130 mm guns, 5 ASM systems RBS-15).

That looks pretty correct.

You can replace one infantry division with tanks if want to.

Yes, i think Portugal should be in the CotW, as they have had one of the longest lasting mutual defese treaties in history (200-something years) with Britain, which is still going today.

I understand. However, both were added after the war was already over, right? If it would be weird for the country to start landing divisions in Basrah and march divisions to Baghdad with America, then they shouldn't be in the CotW at the start in my opinion.

I only proposed that because the UK, Portugal and Spain were the only European Countries which ever supported Bush in this case, even before he started attacking.

Yes.

We should also add an event that if the Spanish elect the Socialist guy, they move away from the CotW and get closer to the EU (diplomatically), and they pull all forces (if they have any) out of Iraq.

Your OOB is way out of line.

It only consists of person serving in peace time military. That has next to nothing to do with war time structure of Finnish Defence Forces.
